My first time on Jungle Cruise was a night ride after Wishes! and there wasn’t much wind, so the smoke lingered around the jungle. It added a nice mysterious effect to it.

“I’m 20 years old, and haven’t yet been to Disneyworld or Disneyland. I worry that by the time I’m able to afford to go, it might not be as magical as I’ve always dreamed.”

OP, whoever you are, just keep believing.I know it sounds corny, but it really helps.
I only went to Disneyland when I was in first grade once before I applied for the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World this past summer. I was kind of afraid of the same thing, but  seeing pictures of everyone enjoying their trips on tumblr made me faithful. Once I arrived and entered the Magic Kingdom for the first time during my Traditions class, my heart started racing once Cinderella Castle came into view and I started to teared up. The guy next to me said, “I’ve been here so many times before, but that feeling you’re feeling right now, I’m feeling it too.”
Overtime while I was employed there, I was able to meet so many students like myself as well as families from all over the world. No matter what age they were, I liked to ask how they’re enjoying their stay and majority of them were positive and friendly interactions. Numerous times, I found adults with “1st Visit” buttons that were absolutely thrilled to be there. I got to see senior citizens meet Mickey Mouse for the first time and, let me tell you, those interactions are as magical as little kids meeting their favorite characters.
I hope you do get to go soon to either of the resorts, but until then keep believing in the magic.

Title’s pretty self explanatory.

Sorted out Alphabetically & includes place where I worked with them.
Not every character can be found in those locations anymore.

11 days ago, I was able to spend my last few hours of 2012 and the first few of 2013 working with my Boss, Mickey Mouse.

As far as ringing in the New Year, everyone else was watching the fireworks outside, so Town Square Theater was extremely empty. No one was coming in, so I gave my New Years kiss to him. (Just don’t tell Minnie! She was stuck at the circus, so someone needed to kiss him. I don’t think he wanted any from our male Photopass photographer.)

It was also my last shift for my Fall Advantage 2012 Disney College Program at Walt Disney World. I’m glad I got to work with him since he was the first character I worked with ever back in May 2012.

Thanks for the memories, Mickey! Hope to see you real soon (:

I’m not counting the 20th since that’s when I actually fly out, and I’m pretty sure I’d liked to be ready by then.
